A couple of sites to help recognise & understand those rhythms...
I came across Donna a little while ago,
she looks at the cycles in relation to our creativity
& encourages us to be gentle with ourselves & grow.
whom i have just found.
She has some excellent information about
the rhythms & cycles of the moon.

I am looking forward to reading these sites for sure. I think i could use them. I guess I felt, this time last year, that I was just starting to make a little progress but then being ill and not doing much this last year, I have regressed.... I may not be starting out from quite at the bottom, but it sure feels like it some days.
Beautiful picture. The moon makes a wonderful muse...
ebb & flow... we pay attention then forget for a while... then we are called back, learning more each time until gradually it becomes ingrained...
And taking pictures certainly helps me take more notice, lol... really enjoying it though x
